Terms of Service

Welcome to FutureWise Learning. These Terms of Service govern your use of our offerings and outline the agreements between you and FutureWise Learning.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any of our offerings, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our offerings.

2. Description of Offerings

FutureWise Learning provides educational services, digital products, and physical materials to support learners at the entry level. This includes live sessions, downloadable study aids, and printed reference works (collectively, the “Offerings”).

3. Registration and Accounts

To access certain Offerings, you may need to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials.

4. Service Terms

Scheduling: Customers may book live sessions. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before the start time to transfer the session to another date. Requests made less than 48 hours before are not eligible for transfer.

5. Digital Product Terms

Upon purchase, customers receive immediate access to digital materials. All sales of digital products are final and not eligible for reimbursement, due to the instant delivery and access to content.

6. Physical Materials Terms

For physical materials, customers may request a reimbursement by shipping back unopened items within 14 days of receipt. The cost of shipment back is the responsibility of the customer, unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect. Reimbursements are processed within 14 days upon receipt of the items back.

7. Refund Policy

Service Sessions: Customers may request a reimbursement of fees for scheduled sessions by contacting us at least 48 hours prior to the start time. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 10 business days and sent by the original payment method.

Info Products: All digital downloads are final sale and not eligible for reimbursement.

9. Modifications to Terms

FutureWise Learning may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect upon posting on our website. Continued use of our offerings constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
